| In Home Pet Sitting |

| Prefer not to leave your pet(s) boarded anywhere? Now you don't have to. We now come to you and take care of your pets in your own home where they are comfortable. |

| Our visits include the following - We will feed and give fresh water to all pets, take dog(s) out for short walks or potty break, empty cat litter boxes daily, clean, fresh litter once a week, play with pets in or outdoors and perform basic cleanup. We will also bring in mail and newspapers, water indoor plants, place garbage out for collection. You will also receive a log of our visit which includes date and time of visit and notes about the visit. |

| Key Pickup and Return - At your free initial consultation, we will collect keys from you. If you decide that you do not want us to retain your keys at our facility in a secure lock-box, a $10 service charge will be required for any future pickups and drop offs. |

| All assignments include a free in-home consultation. Your sitter will meet with you and your pets, familiarize themselves with what you want them to do, and where things are and set up your account. Payment is required during the initial consultation. |

| Reservations - must be made a minimum of 3 days in advance. New clients should schedule the initial consultation at least 5 days in advance of any requested service. Reservations can be made by telephone and will be confirmed 48 hours prior to your start date. |

| Payments - Full payment is required prior to the start of service. You can call in your payment using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. You can drop payment by our facility or if your are an existing customer, you can leave your check on the kitchen counter. Checks should be made out to It's A Pets World. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee. Payment will then be required in cash. If a client has a returned check twice, all future payments will be required in Cash only. |

| Cancellations - must be made at least 3 days in advance for full refund. Reservations canceled 48 hours or less will not receive a refund. |

Pet Sitting Rates- $25.00 per 40 minute visit (up to 2 pets)
- Add $5.00 for each additional 1 or 2 pets.
